Job Description
- Develop guidelines and establish benchmarks for all app features within the Astro platform.
- Collaborate with the Data and Product teams to enhance app tracking and feature implementation.
- Collaborate with the Customer Growth team, including Campaign and Creative departments, to optimize campaign processes.
- Oversee the creation of offline campaign trackers and a centralized campaign platform for budget and activity monitoring.
- Manage project trackers for data requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data and dashboard projects within the Business team.
- Assist in project prioritization to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering/Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years working experience in business analysis and process improvement related field
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
- Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus point
