Job Description
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand InsightMe services and retain users.
- Collaborate with Marketing and InsightMe teams to increase the client base, including new, returning, and power users.
- Design and implement user-friendly systems, policies, and procedures to optimize customer experience.
- Lead product lifecycle processes, including research, user mapping, and system improvements.
- Enhance partner (speaker, facilitator, etc.) performance through structured systems and processes.
- Act as a Product Owner, aligning InsightMe’s development with customer and operational team needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Supervise the team in providing technical support, customer education, and service utilization guidance.
- Collect, analyze, and report on InsightMe’s performance, offering insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate data-driven decision-making and continuously improve reporting systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends to enhance InsightMe’s services and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Proven 1-2 years experience in project management or a related field, including developing program for webinars, community events, online classes, and workshops.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to contextualize findings and develop strategies for user engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using project management tools and familiar with online learning platforms and community management tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
