Job Description
- Conduct research to identify potential new customers interested in expanding their businesses into Indonesia’s e-commerce market. Potential customers should include brands with no current market presence in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Cross Border team.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
- Monitor emerging trends, seasonal styles, and consumer preferences.
Requirements
- Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze business opportunities.
- Actively engage on social media and networking platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
- Hybrid working arrangement (willing to work onsite once a week in BSD).
