Job Description

  • Research and identify potential leads through various platforms and social media.
  • Initiate contact with prospects and present product offerings to generate interest.
  • Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the Field Sales team for further follow-up.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and progress.
  • Ensure prospects assigned can be successfully converted into new customers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generator, lead qualifier, telesales, field sales, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification and sales consultation processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet targets in a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with both team members and prospects.
  • Familiarity or knowledge of operating Salesforce will be a strong advantage.
