Job Description

  1. Education: S1/S2 in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in frontend development with a portfolio of complex projects.
  3. Key Technologies: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, Vue.js/Angular.
  4. Architecture & Performance:
  5. SSR & SSG (Next.js, Gatsby, Nuxt.js).
  6. Bundle size optimization (tree-shaking, code-splitting, dynamic imports).
  7. Experience with WebSockets/WebRTC for real-time applications.
  8. Styling & UI: Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS (styled-components, Emotion), Storybook.
  9. Build & Tools: Webpack, Vite, Rollup, esbuild.
  10. Backend Integration: Web APIs, REST/GraphQL.
  11. Testing & Monitoring: Unit/E2E tests (Vitest, Playwright), error tracking (Sentry, LogRocket), performance analytics (GA4, Hotjar).
  12. Best Practices: Clean Architecture, Feature-Sliced Design, frontend security (XSS, CSRF mitigation).
  13. CI/CD & Cloud (Added Value): GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, CDN (Cloudflare, Akamai).
  14. Collaboration & Mindset:
  15. Agile/Scrum understanding and experience with Git.
  16. Communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
  17. Adaptive and continuously learning new technologies.

Requirements

  1. Architecture & Implementation: Design technical solutions for complex features with scalability & maintainability.
  2. Best Practices: SSR/SSG implementation in Next.js, SEO optimization, and accessibility.
  3. Testing & Code Quality: Building end-to-end testing systems (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and conducting code reviews to ensure code is clean, efficient, and standards compliant.
  4. CI/CD & DevOps: Work closely with DevOps team for CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Docker) with canary deployment & automated rollback.
  5. Agile & Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, retrospective, and drafting technical documentation for the team.
  6. Security & Maintenance: Maintain confidentiality of internal & external projects and improve performance & quality of existing applications.
