Job Description
1. Financial Controlling & Cost Management
- Oversee OPEX performance across Central Kitchen and Packing House, ensuring financial efficiency and cost discipline.
- Conduct regular cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and operational improvements.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for Central Processing units, aligning with company growth targets.
- Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce cost control policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
2. Network Expansion & Strategy
- Define the long-term expansion roadmap for Central Processing capacity, including Central Kitchen and Packing House facilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, demand mapping, and operational simulations to guide site selection and design.
- Partner with Commercial and Expansion team on business cases, CAPEX requirements, and ROI assessments for new facilities.
- Ensure network scalability to support company growth while balancing cost and service levels.
3. Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational, financial, and network performance.
- Present reports and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Benchmark Central Processing performance against industry standards to maintain competitiveness.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and develop team members, ensuring career growth and capability building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Process Excellence, Commercial, Corporate Finance, Expansion, Product) to synchronize execution of financial and network strategies.
- Influence executive decision-making with clear recommendations on operational trade-offs and investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business, Operations Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in operations controlling, supply chain finance, or network expansion.
- Experience in fresh processing or the food & beverage business is highly preferable.
- Strong expertise in OPEX and CAPEX planning, budgeting, and ROI evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage both financial and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
