Job Description

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships built on effective communication and understanding.
  2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. As well negotiating skills to ensure proper deliverables within the capacity of MYM.

Strategic Planning:

  1. Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with their goals and target audience.
  2. Lead the creation and presentation of strategic proposals and campaign plans.

Project Deliverables:

  1. Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Including the internal budget proposal and requirements
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality deliverables.

Campaign Development:

  1. Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with clients' brand identity and messaging.

Performance Analysis:

  1. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  2. Collaborate with clients to interpret data and make informed recommendations for optimisation.

Client Growth and Upselling:

  1. Identify opportunities to expand services and upsell additional offerings to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  2. Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and growth.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and successful project execution.

Client Presentations and Communication:

  1. Create and deliver client presentations that effectively communicate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
  2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a digital marketing agency.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Analytical mindset with a strategic vision.
  5. Proficient in deck and report development.
  6. In-depth industry knowledge.
