Job Description
- Responsible for the receipt, arrangement, maintenance, and preparation of land documents and supporting documents.
- Responsible for examining and investigating evidence of land ownership or land control.
- Have experience, understand, and comprehend matters related to land acquisition.
- Monitor the resolution of processes related to land acquisition (land purchase).
- Able to communicate and build good relationships with related parties and external communities.
- Build and maintain good/conducive relationships with external parties of the company (Government Relations, Private Institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations, Local Community, etc.) so company's activities can run well and effectively

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law (or other) with 2-3 years of experience from the same position,
- Having knowledge about land acquisition and external case
- Having experienced at processes in law and government
- Having POP certificate is preferable
- Having Driving License is preferable (SIM A)
- Having Integrity and Good Atitude is a must
- Can join ASAP
