Teaching Assistance Activities:
• Conduct assistance/teaching activities according to schedule
• Ensure the data attendance of practicum for each class/laboratory
• Assist subject coordinator to develop examination questions, project, individual assignment and/or practicum examination (along with data and examination answer document according to timeline in laboratory center)
• Conduct evaluation /grading process for practicum activities according to evaluation standard and timeline in Laboratory Center (i.e, project, individual assignment, and/or practicum examination)
• Organize effective assistance process and implementation
• Attend training related to preparation of assistance practicum, Test of Progressive for Assistant (TPA) preparation, and/or knowledge development
• Accomplish Test of Progressive for Assistant (TPA) according to timeline
• Conduct coaching activity and process to New Assistant Recruitment member
• Arrange research activities especially in RIG (Research Interest Group) according to timeline
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
• Willing to be placed in Medan
