Job Description
- Support the implementation of labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in handling employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with employees and, if applicable, labor unions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing company regulations, SOPs, and internal HR policies.
- Support the documentation of warning letters, investigation reports, and employee counseling records.
- Support employee engagement programs and workplace communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience, Educational background in HR, Law, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor law and employee relations practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle conflict situations calmly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English.
