Job Description
- Responsible for verification, updating merchants' data, and store application.
- Conduct the assessment and analysis of client's background information to ensure the accuracy and integrity of loan details.
- Responsible for daily operations related to anti-fraud investigations and ensure the process aligned with the company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience related to Anti-Fraud (Preferably have experience in Financial industry).
- Have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing Microsoft Office software and Google Sheet.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and repetition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
