Job Description
- Monitor daily Waste Station operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor operator attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Monitor waste volumes, transactions, and SLA achievement.
- Coordinate waste collection and pickup activities.
- Monitor Waste Station inventory and operational supplies.
- Address operational issues and coordinate problem resolution.
- Ensure operational data is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of Waste Stations.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding Waste Station operations.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational reports.
Requirements
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor (S1) of any major are eligible.
- Minimum 1 year in operations, logistic, waste management, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Operational monitoring.
- Team & operator management.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Problem solving.
- Communication & coordination.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to work in the field & visit multiple Waste Stations.
- Able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.
