Job Description
- Engage in frequent conversations with the Rahasia Gadis community to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Respond to confessions submitted through the Rahasia Gadis website and Instagram DMs, providing empathetic and supportive guidance.
- Administer and schedule counseling sessions as part of the Rahasia Gadis counseling program.
- Coordinate daily communications to all Rahasia Gadis community groups to keep members informed and engaged.
Requirements
- Final semester/fresh graduates with a degree in psychology or related field.
- Active involvement in organizations, communities, or counseling programs is a plus.
- Strong counseling skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Proficient in administration and data management tasks, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent copywriting skills to effectively communicate with the Rahasia Gadis community.
