Job Description

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs
  • Ensure KOLs are engaged and align with the brand’s goals.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate collaborations, product launches, and event partnerships with KOLs.
  • Create detailed briefs and guidelines for KOL activities.

Content Coordination

  • Oversee content creation ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
  • Collect and review content from KOLs before it goes live.
  • Provide feedback and ensure timely delivery of content.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
  • Analyze key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on KOL activities and campaign outcomes.

Budget Management

  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for KOL collaborations
  • Track spending and ensure the cost-effectiveness of KOL activities
  • Process invoices and payments for KOL services.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Conduct research to understand market demands and consumer behavior
  • Adjust strategies based on insights and feedback

Compliance & Guidelines:

  • Ensure all KOL activities comply with legal requirements and regulations
  • Educate KOLs on guidelines for content, disclosure, and brand communication
  • Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience as KOL specialist
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and campaign performance.
  • Creativity in developing engaging and effective influencer strategies.
  • Capable in coordinating and leading a team of officers to achieve intended target

Able to operate:

  • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Influencer tracking and analytics platforms (e.g., Traackr, Upfluence).
  • Content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools.
  • Excel or other spreadsheet software for budgeting and reporting.
