
Job Description
- Develop a relevant and effective influencer strategy plan by identify business goals, client needs, conduct market analysis, competitor research, identify target audience, create a comprehensive content calendar, and manage the content workflow.
- Create influencer campaign communication to be developed and implemented on project proposals.
- Use analytical tools, analyze influencer’s content performance, monitor metrics and KPIs, generate success reports, identify improvement opportunities, optimize content, and track trends, preferences, and consumer behavior's.
- Generate innovative and engage influencer’s content ideas, craft creative direction for various content formats, and ensure brand consistency and alignment with the marketing strategy.
- Streamline the influencer strategy team's efforts by overseeing content development, assign tasks, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality and impactful content is delivered on time.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in influencer strategy, KOL management, content creation, and digital marketing
- Proficiency in influencer management systems.
- Ability to analytic tools to maintain influencer’s content performance.
- Have the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling content for a variety of channels and audiences.
