- Managing and overseeing their team's workload, dividing loads between KOL Officers and interns
- Actively involved in higher difficulty projects to strategize KOLs needed for each projects
- Quality check their respective team’s work to ensure the KOL needs and content quality for all projects
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years experience as KOL specialist in agency or brand
- Understand the current KOL trend in social media
- Have connection with KOLs will be very beneficial
- Fast learner, detailed
- Avid negotiator
