Determine talent schedule
Determine talent needs
Keep good relationship with clients
Create weekly & monthly reports

Requirements

Min. S1 & 1 Year Experience as Talent Scouting
Understand the development of esports, and digital content activities
Actively using social media
Can find and identify new talent in the gaming and non-gaming industry
Can operate google docs, sheets, and slides
Can negotiate and build good relationships with clients
can be contacted on weekends
