Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form TikTok videos using provided guidelines and templates.
- Create content about hotels, travel, F&B, facilities, rooms, and destinations.
- Use AI tools for scripts, ideas, voice-overs, and content production.
- Add subtitles, text, transitions, music, B-roll, and other visual elements.
- Upload and publish content according to schedule.
- Perform basic quality checks and organize content.
- Shoot additional smartphone footage/B-roll when needed.
- Collaborate with the Creative & Operations teams to meet content targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in DKV, Multimedia, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiar with TikTok and short-form content.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Good understanding of pacing, subtitles, visual composition, and storytelling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with high-volume and repetitive content production.
- Must submit a TikTok/Reels/short-form video portfolio.
Plus Points:
- Experience in hotel, travel, F&B, lifestyle, or review content.
- Experience managing TikTok accounts.
- Basic smartphone videography/photography skills.
- Familiar with Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation.
- Active TikTok account with relevant content.
