Job Description
- Identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & Affiliators: Discover and categorize influential individuals across various industries and communities.
- Building Relationships: Connect with KOLs/Affiliators, nurture these connections, and understand their interests to strengthen partnerships.
- Negotiation: Handle partnership agreements, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs/Affiliators to ensure mutual benefits.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs/Affiliators to create content and campaigns that resonate with our brand identity.
- Tracking Performance: Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL
- Great communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- TikTok savvy and able to measure TikTok performance
- Up-to-date with current social media trends
- Great interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Team player and enjoys interacting with people
