Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Sourcing & Business Development
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with local influencers/KOLs/KOCs on TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
• Expand and maintain a strong influencer database aligned with the brand positioning and target audience.
• Source influencers across multiple categories including fashion, lifestyle, travel, beauty, and daily lifestyle.
• Continuously explore new influencer opportunities, trending creators, and emerging local social media communities.
End to End Influencer Campaign Management
• Manage the complete influencer collaboration process from outreach, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, sample coordination, briefing, content review, posting schedule coordination, to post-campaign follow up.
• Coordinate product seeding and ensure smooth communication between influencers and internal teams.
• Monitor influencer deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed according to timelines and brand expectations.
• Handle day to day communication with influencers to maintain positive and long-term working relationships.
Negotiation & Cost Optimization
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign terms with influencers and agencies.
• Provide local market rate benchmarking and cost optimization suggestions to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure influencer cooperation budgets are managed effectively while maximizing campaign performance and ROI.
• Drive reinvestment opportunities and long-term collaboration with high-performing influencers.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with KOL Operations, Branding, Content, E-commerce, and Growth teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
• Support script translation, localization review, and influencer content adaptation.
• Work together with livestream, e-commerce, and marketing teams to improve brand exposure and sales performance.
Data Monitoring & Reporting
• Track influencer campaign performance including engagement, reach, conversion, GMV contribution, and ROI.
• Monitor local market competitor activities, influencer trends, and platform algorithm changes.
• Prepare regular campaign reports, influencer performance analysis, and market feedback for internal review.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Must have experience working in an MCN agency, influencer marketing agency, talent management agency, or related KOL/influencer management field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development, Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Social Media Marketing, or related positions.
• Must have existing local influencer/KOL resources and strong networking capabilities.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and local social media ecosystems and trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple influencer projects simultaneously.
• Target-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in English or Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in fashion, travel, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Experience supporting offline marketing events and brand campaigns is a plus.
