Job Description
- Support KOL strategy aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Research and curate KOLs (Nano–Mega) and analyze performance.
- Identify fake followers and low-quality engagement.
- Conduct outreach, manage relationships, and negotiate fees and deliverables.
- Execute KOL campaigns and ensure content meets guidelines, timeline, and KPIs.
- Handle contracts, invoices, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with optimization insights.
- Track influencer and social media trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem.
- Proficient in influencer analytics tools and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing (CPA, CPC, ROAS).
- Experience with affiliate, seeding, or paid KOL campaigns.
