Ability to build efficient systems to track KOL activities, deliverables, and outcomes. Can adept at creating dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and optimizing workflows using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and automation platforms. Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution, preferably across multiple markets, and within industries such as lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, wellness, or entertainment. Strategically minded and analytically driven, understand influencer marketing, content lifecycles, and campaign development, with experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and optimizing future campaigns.
Requirements

โข Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
โข Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, talent partnerships, or digital campaign management.
โข Proven success in managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution, ideally across multiple markets.
โข Industry background in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, wellness, or entertainment (preferred).

โข Deep understanding of influencer marketing strategy, content lifecycle, and campaign development.
โข Experience defining KPIs, analyzing influencer performance, and using insights to optimize future campaigns.
โข Strong budget management, forecasting, and ROI measurement capabilities.
โข System Building & Process Management
โข Ability to design and implement efficient systems for tracking KOL activities, campaign statuses, deliverables, and outcomes.
โข Experience creating reporting dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly tracking mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders.
โข Skilled in optimizing influencer workflow processes โ including brief templates, approval flows, and content tracking tools.
โข Familiarity with automation tools, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and integrations to improve reporting and collaboration.

โข Solid network of KOLs across multiple tiers (nano to macro) and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
โข Capable of identifying and activating the right influencers based on brand fit, campaign goals, and audience relevance.
โข Experience in relationship management, influencer negotiations, contract handling, and performance review.

โข Always up to date on the latest trends, platform changes, and viral content formats.
