Job Description
- Develop and execute KOL and influencer strategies that are aligned with Octarine’s brand personality and campaign goals.
- Identify, reach out to, and build long-term relationships with influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.), especially those who resonate with Gen Z and Millennials.
- Create detailed and creative influencer briefs, including key messages, tone of voice, do’s and don’ts, suggested content angles, and timelines.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and campaign terms effectively.
- Track, monitor, and analyze influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and brand teams to create authentic, scroll-stopping campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong network of influencer contacts is a big plus.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z & Millennial culture — memes, vibes, trends, and TikTok inside jokes included.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and data-aware.
- Passionate about digital storytelling, community building, and the beauty/fragrance industry.
