Job Description
- Identify & Recruit KOLs – Research, identify, and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors across social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop & Execute KOL Campaigns – Plan and execute effective KOL marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, ensuring high engagement and brand awareness.
- Negotiate & Manage Partnerships – Coordinate collaboration terms, budgets, and deliverables with KOLs, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor & Optimize Campaign Performance – Track and analyze KOL campaign metrics such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and ROI, using data to refine strategies.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends – Keep up with influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance KOL strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand messaging.
- Content Evaluation & Approval – Review and ensure all KOL-generated content aligns with brand image, values, and regulatory requirements before publishing.
Requirements
- Experience in Influencer Marketing – Minimum 1-2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands.
- Strong Social Media Knowledge – Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to engage with influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies using analytics tools.
- Creative & Trend-Savvy – Strong understanding of digital trends, content virality, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Project Management Skills – Ability to manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
