Job Description
- Supervising the work of the KOL Specialist intern
- Conducting research to find KOLs that align with Kobi Education's values
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the KOLs
- Considering whether the KOLs are suitable for collaboration with Kobi Education
- Contacting KOLs to establish collaboration with Kobi Education
- Managing and building a network of KOLs for various product categories on social media
- Implementing engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOLs regarding requirements, timelines, and follow-up report insights from endorsement posts between KOLs and Kobi Education
- Negotiating fees for KOL services appropriately, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Providing accurate time estimates for KOL marketing campaigns
- Creating and explaining detailed briefs to KOLs
- Creating reports and evaluating the performance of KOLs collaborating with Kobi Education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Have minimum 1 year experience in KOL, Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to adeptly analyze and solve problems
- Keenly follows and remains updated on emerging social media trends
- Having an active capacity for negotiation and collaboration with external stakeholders
- Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently, as required
- Possesses strong time management and leadership abilities
