Job Description

  • Proposing endorsement options, making lists, and executing for micro, macro, mega and even celebrity KOL for the brand
  • Making script and KOL guidance for project purposes according to sales team needs
  • Manage internal stakeholders' needs and have worked with digital agencies whilst negotiating & closing deals.
  • Making letter of agreement including base fee, commissioning rate and other terms corresponding to project details
  • Coordinate with KOL for making User Generated Content by sales-driven videos or posts
  • Do collaboration & campaign, and coordinate with E-commerce team to meet endorsement and marketing synergy needs and processes, and to manage contents
  • Maintain relationships and partnership with KOLs and agencies.

Requirements

  • Has minimum 2-3 years of working experience in KOL coordinating and briefing with Micro, Macro, or Mega KOL in Indonesian market, TikTok platform preferred
  • Food and snacks enthusiast and have a strong sense of food & beverage content
  • Deep knowledge about influencer
  • Having a good understanding of the e-commerce industry
  • Experienced in making new ideas and content details for Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube are preferable
  • Willing to join shootings with KOL for project purposes
  • Aggressive in growing internal and client’s brands further
  • Capable of coordinating teams and executing projects
  • Have the initiative to try and explore new contents and KOL via different channels
  • Excellent copywriting skills, negotiating skills, and communication skills.
  • Language Requirement: Indonesian (must), English (highly preferred), Chinese (plus)
