Job Description
- Identify and onboard influencers/KOLs who align with our brand identity, audience, and campaign goals
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with influencers across platforms
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns from ideation to final reporting
- Handle negotiation of contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign timelines
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activations
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging talent in relevant niches
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and creator culture
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and time management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign success and ROI using relevant metrics
