Scope of Work
- Assisting in identifying relevant influencers: The specialist is responsible for identifying and selecting the right influencers to work with, based on the target audience, brand values, high reach, engagement rate, brand keywords, demography, and campaign objectives.
- Assisting in developing campaign strategies: The specialist creates a campaign strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and the influencer's content style.
- Assisting in relationships with influencers: The specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, handling administrative, negotiating contracts, brief and managing expectations.
- Assisting in analyzing campaign performance: The specialist is responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, tracking ROI, and making recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements
- Third year or final year Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree student
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills & networking aptitude
- Preferably located in Jabodetabek area
