Job Description
- Develop creative content concepts and campaign ideas for KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create detailed KOL content briefs, including content direction, hooks, scene-by-scene flow, key messages, CTAs, and deliverables.
- Research social media trends, viral content, competitor activities, and winning ads to generate fresh content ideas.
- Collaborate closely with KOL Specialists, Social Media, Creative, and Video teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Review KOL content before posting to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide content optimization recommendations based on insights and analytics.
- Brainstorm and propose new campaign concepts to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related majors
- Comfortable working in English
- Must have minimum 3-4 years of experience working with paid influencers (paid KOL collaborations, preferably mid-tier or macro influencers (non-nano creators))
- Must have experience in the beauty / skincare industry
- Familiar with TikTok / Instagram / short-form video content ecosystems.
- Strong sensitivity to social media trends and the ability to identify engaging content.
- Strong ability in content ideation and script structuring.
- Previous experience in content marketing, social media, or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both creators and internal teams.
