Job Description

Work with niche KOLs on TikTok and Shopee to build high-ROI collaborations, using short videos to increase product awareness and conversions, supporting monthly GMV growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a database of KOLs relevant to Noolie's industry.

• Negotiate partnerships to reduce costs and maximize ROI.

• Review and monitor KOL content to ensure clear product messaging and engaging storytelling.

• Analyze data, track performance, and prepare weekly reports.

• Keep up with platform policy changes and trending topics to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop long-term partnerships with selected top KOLs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in KOL/BD for a brand.

• Familiar with TikTok/Shopee algorithms and able to verify account authenticity.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate performance effectively.

Bonus Points

• Existing KOL network in Southeast Asia, especially in health, food, or fitness categories.

• Understanding of local marketing opportunities such as Ramadan and festive events in Indonesia.
