Job Description
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and affiliates that align with the brand’s target audience.
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
- Manage end-to-end collaboration with KOLs, including contract negotiation, briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
- Monitor and track KOL campaign performance, analyzing metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate KOL campaigns into larger promotional efforts.
- Research and recommend potential partnerships with other brands or platforms for co-marketing opportunities.
- Handle affiliate marketing programs on platforms like TikTok Affiliate and Shopee, ensuring performance optimization.
- Organize live sessions and collaborations with KOLs to drive product sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain a database of KOLs and affiliates, updating regularly based on campaign performance and potential.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or partnership development, preferably in fashion or beauty.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships with influencers and partners.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights.
- Up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, industry practices, and platform algorithms.
- Experience in handling affiliate marketing programs is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative collaboration ideas.
- Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
- Ready to join immediately.
