Job Description
- Source, vet, and onboard relevant KOLs, creators, and tastemakers that align with brand values
- Manage outreach, communication, gifting, and contracting processes with KOLs
- Track and monitor deliverables, timelines, and campaign KPIs using CRM or tracking tools
- Build and manage micro-community initiatives (e.g. WhatsApp groups, on-ground activations)
- Support in briefing and reviewing KOL content to ensure brand alignment and campaign objectives
- Organize and assist with community events, tastings, and product trials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams to align KOL efforts with broader campaign goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community building—in agency or brand
- Familiar with KOL contracting, gifting processes, and campaign reporting
- Passionate about culture, trends, and creator ecosystems (especially Gen Z & Millennial audiences)
- Comfortable communicating with influencers and able to build authentic relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM software
- A team player with a can-do attitude and strong execution focus
- Experience managing WhatsApp communities and creators activations
