Job Description
What We're Looking For:
- Design and execute creative KOL campaigns that connect with our target market.
- Manage a high volume of barter and paid KOL collaborations across SE Asia and beyond.
- Build and manage strong relationships with influencers and community partners.
- Create engaging programs and events to grow our community online and offline.
- Lead and guide your team, while staying hands-on in managing projects.
- Track performance, analyze results, and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver impactful brand
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Management and Community Development (F&B or lifestyle industry is a plus).
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and networking skills, backed by a strong KOL network.
- Hands-on experience building and moderating WhatsApp-based communities, with openness to develop a strong professional network.
- Creativity and a passion for bringing communities together.
- Familiar with digital trends, social media, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
