Job Description
- Assist in creating and executing strategies for KOLs, and partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement affiliate marketing programs.
- Analyze campaign metrics and engagement data to optimize strategies.
- Support the creation of marketing materials with influencers and partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience (internship or entry-level position) in marketing, preferably with exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer management, or community engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with influencers, partners, and the community.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in emerging trends
- Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
