Job Description
Bonvie Haircare is looking for an KOL Specialist to join our team!
Location: Jakarta Pusat, ID | Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage influencer/KOL campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, influencer selection, briefing, execution, to post-campaign evaluation.
- Build and maintain efficient systems to track KOL activities, deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance.
- Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize future influencer initiatives.
- Manage relationships with influencers and talents, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, approval processes, and campaign alignment.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer formats, and translate them into impactful campaign ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, talent partnerships, or digital campaign management.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution, preferably across multiple markets.
- Background in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, wellness, or entertainment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategy, content lifecycle, KPI setting, and performance analysis.
- Comfortable with budget management, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
- Experienced in building tracking systems, dashboards, and workflows using Google Sheets, Excel, and automation tools.
- Strong network of influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and tiers (nano to macro).
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of digital trends and visual aesthetics.
