Job Description
- Identify and acquire relevant affiliates and KOLs for partnerships based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and external partners.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and campaign agreements with affiliates and partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance, including GMV and other key metrics, and optimize partnerships to achieve campaign and business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Partnership, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with GMV, affiliate performance metrics, and performance-based campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to be placed in SCBD area.
