As a KOL Admin, you will:
- Assist in managing communication and coordination with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding and scheduling.
- Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and reporting campaign performance.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, and payments for KOL collaborations.
- Conduct research on potential influencers and trends in the beauty industry.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the KOL team’s daily operations, such as preparing agreements, MoUs, and processing payments for KOL collaborations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in handling administrative tasks related to KOLs (e.g., payments, agreements, and MoUs).
- Prior experience or strong interest in the beauty industry.
- Proficient in social media platforms and familiar with influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
