Job Description

Job Description KMS: 

1) System Management: Regularly update and optimize the system’s database to ensure content remains relevant and accessible. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the KMS platform

2) Content Management: Curate, organize, and categorize documents, manuals, FAQs, and other content in the KMS.. Ensure all knowledge assets are up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs. Work with various departments to gather and upload necessary knowledge assets. 

3) Integration: Ensure Seamless access to knowledge resources across multiple devices and platforms.

4) Process Improvement: Analyze and identify opportunities to improve the KMS platform and content management processes.

5) User Support & Training: Responsible for Training any New Joiner of Customer Service for Product Knowledge and E-Knowledge Base Related; Develop and deliver training materials to ensure employees can effectively use the KMS; Provide support to users in navigating the KMS and ensuring they have access to the information they need

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Knowledge Management, IT, or a related field will be preferred, but also open to fresh graduate interested in Customer Service field
  • Familiarity with KMS platforms (e.g., Confluence, etc.) is a plus and will be preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with knowledge management tools and platforms is preferred.
  • English is the working language, so advanced english and able to use it daily in speaking and listening also is a must.
