Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Carry out the plan that has been made for the channel and make sure that the channel operations are done on time.
- Analyze and compare the actions and successes of competitors for each brand on different channels to generate ideas and assess performance.
- Set regular prices, discounted prices, and flash sale prices, and update banners, product display pages (PDP), and landing pages.
- Perform daily customer relationship management (CRM) activities, such as handling incoming and outgoing chats on prime channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, erhastore.co.id, and others), to maintain positive customer feedback and reputation on the channels.
- Maintain good relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Create detailed daily and weekly reports that provide analysis, insights, summaries, and recommendations based on objective and substantial information to evaluate channel performance.
- Manage and control marketing activities (livestreaming process) on the channels to ensure the content remains relevant.
- Conduct and ensure that administrative tasks for the channel are completed according to the service level agreement (SLA) to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication
- 1 - 2 years working experience in E-commerce Channel, Beauty Industry, or Retail
- Good understanding in e-commerce internal ads
- Have ability in Data Analysis, Ms Office (Excel), and Magento Software
