Job Description
- Lead and follow up on revenue targets for clinical testing and consumer research services.
- Coordinate with Business Support and Finance to manage pricing, contracts, and overdue payments.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy to attract and retain customers.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customers' needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Drive initiatives to increase registered customers and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Resolve service mismatches and customer concerns to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support brand marketing & sales performance through strategic collaboration and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional
- Knowledge in product marketing, B2B account management, and continuous improvement
- Able to implement PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication
