Job Description
1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key strategic accounts, ensuring growth and retention of these high-value clients.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, cross-selling and upselling Alibaba International's product offerings.
4、Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and address customer issues promptly.
5、Prepare and present sales proposals, contract negotiations, and performance reports to clients, demonstrating the value proposition of Alibaba International.
6、Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic account plans and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the B2B e-commerce or technology industry.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
5、Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, customer behavior, and identify sales opportunities.
6、Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus, reflecting the global nature of the role.
7、Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
