Job Description

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities in the eCommerce channels (especially Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli).
  • Manage and build strong business relationships between brands/principals and RMs under your portfolio.
  • Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure successful planning for campaigns and promotional events in all eCommerce channels to drive up sales and achieve target.
  • Create reports and presentations to showcase brand's performance in each channel.
  • Monitor daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable universities.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous (eCommerce).
  • Strong problem solver and negotiator.
  • Work effectively in team-oriented work as well as independently in a fact-paced and changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain relationships amongst all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure
