Job Description
- Maintain and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts by monitoring and driving sales performance on a Month-on-Month (MoM) and Year-on-Year (YoY) basis.
- Ensure achievement of New Product Listing (NPL) in line with company objectives.
- Drive distribution and visibility of existing products to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor and ensure Service Level between Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
- Manage and control Stock on Hand (SOH) to remain below one month.
- Prepare and deliver accurate Sell-In vs. Sell-Out reports on a regular basis.
- Control and monitor budget utilization to ensure efficiency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor promotional plans, ensuring proper execution and achievement of sales targets.
- Verify and cross-check return requests from Modern Trade accounts, including physical inspection and product disposal if necessary.
- Conduct regular visits and maintain strong relationships with Buyer Accounts.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with Distributors to evaluate sales performance, discuss field issues, and plan current and future activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution (preferably within Modern Trade).
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade dynamics and distributor management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel for store visits and distributor coordination.
