Job Description
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with key accounts to monitor sales performance, product availability, and promotional execution.
- Support the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and account initiatives in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, identify business opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.
- Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product assortment, merchandising, visibility, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and campaign execution.
- Assist in managing promotional activities and tracking promotional budget utilization.
- Resolve operational issues and support customers' requests to maintain strong business relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Key Account, Modern Trade, or Offline Sales, preferably in the FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Experience handling modern trade accounts is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
