Job Description
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets by executing product distribution through Modern Trade (MT) channels
- Assisting in the implementation of trading terms and promotional activities agreed with key accounts
- Coordinating daily operational matters with key accounts to ensure smooth execution of sales programs and activities
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, account updates, and activity execution for internal review
- Maintaining good working relationships with key clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Acting as liaison between key clients and internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) for operational coordination
- Monitoring order fulfillment and supporting end-to-end processes from order placement to payment collection (order-to-cash)
- Ensuring client requirements and deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines
- Supporting Key Account Manager in account planning and execution of quarterly initiatives
- Handling administrative documentation related to accounts, contracts, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account, Modern Trade, or Account Management (experience in FMCG industry is preferred)
- Familiar with Modern Trade channel operations (e.g., supermarket, minimarket, or retail chain accounts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good client relationships
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and reporting capabilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Target-oriented and proactive with strong execution mindset
- Willing to travel for client visits when required
