Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Coordinate with customers to establish agreements for product testing and consumer research.
- Publish pricing offers for product testing and consumer research proposals to present to customers.
- Follow up to ensure that all pricing offers are approved by the customer, confirming their agreement to proceed with product testing and consumer research.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for Skinproof services in alignment with the company's strategy.
- Ensure the participation of all invited parties in Skinproof service marketing activities.
- Provide customers with comprehensive and accurate information and services concerning their product testing and consumer research requirements.
- Regularly monitor all processes related to fulfilling customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Quality System Department to plan and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements

- S1 Pharmacy
- Have knowledge of product marketing and B2B key account management.
- Able to implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) principles
- Skilled in Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
