Job Description
- Willingness to comply with regulations regarding occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Work experience in a Kaizen Team (Experience in a shoe factory is preferred).
- Manage people to standards.
- Effective communication.
- Develop machine technology from manual to automated for production, cost, and labor efficiency.
- Create and control a TPM system for machines.
- Create and update machine documentation.
- Teach and control SOPs.
- Comply with SOPs/K3L regulations.
- Communicate with vendors for machine information and performance.
- Gemba activities.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering).
• Relevant work experience. • Good communication skills in English.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Diligent, honest, responsible, and able to work both in a team and individually.
• Good awareness, knowledge, and application of ESH.
• Willing to be placed in Cianjur
