Job Description
- Design User Interfaces: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, aligning with Dash's brand guidelines.
- User Research: Assist in gathering user feedback and insights to inform design decisions.
- Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to implement user-centered design solutions.
- Iterate Designs: Refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and data insights.
- Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure a consistent look and feel across all Dash’s products by contributing to and maintaining the design system.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and basic usability testing.
- Mindset: Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
