Our 3 months Internship is a comprehensive program that runs from 9 February - May 2025.
It offers you a unique opportunity to grow in financial technology industry as our Junior Support Engineer .
What will you gain :
- Mentored by leading experts in the payment industry.
- Supporting clients daily operations of way4 modules.
- Learning how to Troubleshoot and if possible reproduce existing clients reported issues/bugs
- Learn to analyze core and custom code of WAY4 modules to identify an issue/bug.
- Correctly deliver the solution in the form of work arounds, hot fixes or configuration changes to the client(s)
- Analyze core and custom code of WAY4 modules to identify an issue/bug.
- Learning and implementing a commercial software product.
- Working closely with multinational clients with service level agreement
- Building IT solutions in the field of digital payments and e-commerce.
- Expanding your knowledge, getting acquainted with industry technologies, and practicing specialists.
- Coaching and individual approach.
Requirements

- Strong logical thinkers eager for tech challenges
- fintech enthusiasts, graduates or students from faculties of computer science , information technology , engineering or equal , or who have completed their 4th year with minimum GPA 3.00
- Possessing basic skills in IT and programming (Java, databases, SQL).
- Proficient in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly, effectively, and convincingly.
- Able to troubleshoot and identify technical issues quickly.
- Willing to learn new technologies by self learning.
- Interested in the fintech field.
- Those who are not only looking to work in IT but also ready to work in a team.
