Job descriptions:
- Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve our website rankings and organic traffic
- Assist in conducting keyword research and analysis, with a focus on the ERP software industry
- Help optimize website content, metadata, and structure under guidance from senior team members
- Create engaging, relevant content for our company blog and other media channels
- Learn to analyze basic content performance data and assist in preparing internal reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to various aspects of digital marketing
- Help monitor SEO performance metrics and contribute insights to the team
- Explore and learn to use AI technologies (e.g., Claude.ai, ChatGPT) to enhance content creation and optimization workflows
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with min. GPA of 3.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience with content writing or blogging
- Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with good writing skills in both languages
- Willing to be full WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman)
Desirable Skills (not required, but a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Basic understanding of the B2B software industry or interest in learning about ERP systems
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva)
